I know all of this, my problem is that i loose motivation and stop, for example i lost 12 kg this year by using all of those tips but i gain it all back because i stop going for walks, stop doing workouts and stop tracking my calories. I dont see myself doing all of this for the rest of my life. Btw i lost 12kg in 3 months and 1 week.

The thing is that once you get lean, maintaining it is WAY easier then getting lean. But you have to ease out of the strict routine slowly and make sure you work on maintenance instead of just giving up and reverting back to bad habits
