I use to do it without it too but after few accidents in bjj community I prefer the seatbelt grip. Keep up the good work ! See you on the mats !
Isn't that frontflip back take how Jack Greener got paralysed? Lots of weight on the neck if the bottom guy is a beginner and doesn't roll properly? Great video otherwise though.
