I can guarantee you that hundreds of millions of people around the world also do this yet they don't look nearly as young as him, How? It's 80% genetics and 20% lifestyle.

@Charles Huang Well region doesn't matter. It's genetics and how you choose your lifestyle. Train (Strength + cardio, not just cardio), eat & sleep well in the long run. If you make bad choices and let your body fat% go in the fat range, 25%+ for men and 30%+ for women, your body age becomes higher than your actual age, + health problems. So train hard & stay lean like him

The optimal way of life, staying lean, strong and looking young (maintain high muscle mass). Train (strength + cardio), eat sleep well. Not some stupid shortcuts such as lipo and surgeries, waste of hard earned cash, there is no shortcut . . .
For me I think for most modern sedentary people who don't give a shit about workout at all, training is 70%, create the habit first . . Excuses are for losers

I wish these guys would be honest about how they maintain this physique in their 50s. There is no way he can be that lean and muscular without injecting hormones. There's no reason to be ashamed of it and you're giving people false expectations for themselves by not disclosing it.
It's plausible he's natural...more than anything his physique/appearance indicates that he's been very moderate in any supplementation. He might juice to have that physique in his 50s but it doesn't account for how young he looks, all the juiced up older white dudes still look old despite their impressive physique's.
