Thank you for your fantastic gameplay video and walk through! We're loving all your content so far! 🙏🏼 Hope to see more of you and your son playing with the other decks!
I like using a D10 to track actions, since it has a 0 on it. That helps me keep track of actions more easily. Thanks for doing this playthrough. I am enjoying this game a lot, and each time I watch a game, I learn something new!
Heyy!! Great job guys I really appreciate your effort! And I'm wondering if your son could have won 2 actions from "Indra's Citadel" (Tower-land on Realm #2) instead of 1 on turn 7... Cause it has Kingdom 2 because of the Legendary Land "The First" that made the link. In that case, did he won? :P Keep doing videos, you gotta fan in me!
Thank you so much! You might be right! I told him we were going to play fast to make the video shorter, so I’m sure there’s a few things we overlooked!
I just watched and commented on your initial thoughts video about this game but I’ll echo here that I think you guys would enjoy Sorcery Contested Realm. Find yourself a beta starter set which MSRP is $40. It’s probably the best intro product into a TCG I can remember although it doesn’t come with a playmat which is super relevant to gameplay.
Ah man! You could have put Drogothar down for 2 less due to your other card ability, one less for your land, and two less for any cards over power level 5. So you only had to pay 4 to bring him out I think not the 6 you used to summon him.
The AI art is so questionable especially with this game regardless if one likes the art or not. Because they are advertising the game with a high focus on collectability which - to me - suggest, that the cards and hence the art are something special. Having an AI that can make "art" in no time at no cost this feels like a huge discrepancy to me.
I have zero experience in graphic design, but my understanding is that the process is not as easy as simply typing a command and the perfect image pops out. There is a degree of human involvement that gets the images up to par. Also, regardless of the art, it will only become collectible if people love the game.
@@BeAHeroGaming you are very correct. You made a great point about commenting on what you actually understand, and anyone who thinks "AI Art" has no cost or takes no artists/design/creativity is clueless. This is akin to saying that real artists don't use photoshop and all of the cards should be hand painted.
@@DevilDocPlays cash grab for who? If you’re talking about the creators they probably will barely break even at the end of the kickstarter. No, they’re in this for the long-run.
@@BeAHeroGaming this game will not take off. There's too much risk behind it. It's tied to NFTs and French has had multiple projects flop before this one. This is definitely a cash grab.
Kickstarter never cancelled the project. They threatened to do so because of some of the projects offerings. But Wonders of the First willingly removed those items from their project and kickstarter approved it. I’m so glad they were able to come to terms because it’s a really fun game and I want to see it succeed.
@@warpaint9385 yes you’re right it is cancelled. WOTF had to cancel it in order to update their campaign. It will open back up on 5/14. The game is a little pricey, but it has some mechanics that set it apart from other games.

Thank you so much! We’ve already printed out 3 more decks from the discord and are putting them to good use. More videos to come!
Great video! I have not played this type of game so I’m trying to learn.
Thank you! Collectible card games (CCG) are among my favorites. There’s endless possibilities in creating a deck, and I love collecting!
Appreciate you sharing this. About to jump into my first matches tonight, I think!
Have fun!

I like it! D10 is a great idea!
Looks pretty awesome, and really cool to see you playing with your son!! That’s what TCG/CCG are about more than anything.
Thanks! We played through really fast so that the video wasn’t too long, but there are a lot of other details to the game that make it intriguing.
If you like this gamplay, you'd enjoy the new Star Wars Unlimited
I keep hearing about that game, and I might have to check it out. Thanks!

It's a cash grab basically.
