You bet 🤘🏻 I did leave out braking. Braking force was better than the m59. And just about as good as the goldentyre

Great review, I like it very much as well! For the wet and sloppy stuff, how does it compare to Goldentyre in your opinion. I am running x31 now, and sometimes I feel like it might be a tad slicker than Gondentyre in wet, but as you said, it could just be the day or me. X31 still is my favorite all arounder just as you said!

I’m in Southern California and I ride mainly desert, so I have to deal with a lot of sand. Front tire selection is very important because of that. Have you used it in sandy conditions and if so how was it?

Yeah did fine in sand. I’d say for desert try the fatty

What air pressure are you using in the tire

Not sure what psi because I’ll change it based on where I’m riding and go by feel but 8-11 ish

Carcus strength and deflection. Too low of pressure and knobs don't work they just push in. Ya know?

Everyone raved about the x31 so I bought it a couple days ago. I put about 8 hours on the tire already in Idaho single track and 2-track. I'm fast. There are lots of rocks. This tire grips well but doesn't hold up at speed. It held me back a lot, have to slow down when I feel the rocks hitting my rims. So far, I much prefer the Dunlop mx53 for the riding that I do. I need a front with stiff sidewalls. I can't have a weak sauce front tire slowing me down.

First Remove the Dumblop logos. Then go buy a Hoosier IMX25S. It will change your mind.
