My take: Colin's a bit of a strategist. He may not be self-aware, but he does seem quite observant of others. In the last, devastating scene at the party, when he was being teased by his peers about Penelope, he may not have recognized his feelings for Pen yet but he definitely knew that he was amongst sharks. I think he threw them off the hunt by making her seem uninteresting. Also, I cannot wait for their story. This glow-up is going to be amazing! Anyone read the books?
I've read the 4th book about Penelope and Colin and it was great...finished it in 3 days (due to being a mom and wife...had to put it down a few times 😂). Going to read the others but wanted to read their story first. ❤
I read most of them, but only liked three: Romancing mr. Bridgerton: my favorite. Some things are irritating, but everything else makes up for it. When he was Wicked: second place. Another friends to lovers story and slow burn It’s in his kiss: third place: a heist and kind of enemies to lovers. It is worth it. Promise. Very funny and cute.
