I've been spoiled because I've been there to see the last four performances of DDM live in person and I never get tired of seeing them perform it. This performance was actually the first time I heard the western Kami Band play DDM and it definitely sounds heavier that the Japanese Kami band version. Su-metal still does a great job of replicating her younger voice. DDM was indeed the first single ever released. It was performed for the first time at Babymetal's debut appearance at Sakura Gakuin Festival 2010 on November 28th 2010 (video here if you want to see it - ruclips.net/video/C-r4bajuu9Y/видео.html ), then released on the first Sakura Gakuin album (Sakura Gakuin 2010 Nendo: Message) in April 2011, before being released as a DVD single in October 2011. Now we just need to will them to perform Catch Me If You Can again.
Before the two Legend-MM shows they performed "DDM" at (only Blu-ray releases): BABYMETAL Returns in January 2023 featuring Metalverse, all the 10 BABYMETAL Budokan shows in 2021, Legend-S, Big Fox Festival, Silver Fox Festival, Red Fox Festival, Black Fox Festival (all from 2017) and then, Tokyo Dome 2016. 😁 Today it's possible to do almost anything regarding voice effects live and in real time. But that is a backing track for sure. 🤘🦊

IIRC this is also the first time they have played the song with Momo on backing vocals. Ever since Yui left it's always been done with only Su and Moa singing.
Lol. Once again you fail. Of course they played it at Budakon in 2021. Why wouldn't they? It was their anniversary shows and this was the song that started it all. And they've played it on tours since then. You really need to learn how to construct a Google search. It's not hard. Lol
The only times they've played DDM since 10 Babymetal Budokan is at Babymetal Returns, and at Legend MM. They didn't play it during the 2023 world tour.
DDM is such a fun song and I am happy that they still perform it. I am always impressed how Su is able to pull out that kawaii voice for the song and yes, her range of voice expressions is unbelievable. ❤️🤘🦊🔥 Btw the 10 Babymetal shows were held at the Budokan, not Tokyo Dome :). Also, the scream at the start is defo a backtrack.

Please don't compare SU with Yukina, SU can actually sing. Don't get me wrong, I like Yukina...she's awesome.
