Always substantiate your arguments with illustrations/examples from real life experiences. And in case the exam is about the theories, support your argument with references as to who is the main scholar of the theory/concept, and explain how these theories can be applied to your practice. Usually, the fully-spelled name is the family name of the researcher.
In the case of Gabdrakhmanova A.F., , I believe Gabdrakhmanova is his family name, A is the first name, and F could be the middle name.
