Part owner of a company that sells knee pads and stuff and still show people how to DIY. Impressive.

It was honestly pretty cool, didn’t even plug his product, focused on the DIY the video was about. Not many businesses do that. It’s why I follow the channel/company. Great stuff

I already had a single thickness camo pad for five bucks from Walmart. While I was watching your show, I cut it in half used spray glue on both surfaces, used an old 10 inch bungee hook used to hold trail cameras, (which I never use) bent and sharpened 2 hooks, added a wire tie and had a knee rest before your video was over 😀
Until your video, I had planned on using the full size of the new pad with a strap that came with it, and go around the tree😩
Good thing I subscribe to your channel for about a year. Look forward to some deer in pig videos in the near future. August 22, 2023 today.

You guys at Tethered are alright! Good products and quick service too. 👍

I love that you guys share some of your secrets. I was fortunate that my Mom taught me to sew and I do like to make some stuff. Also nice to buy something reasonably priced sometimes too. I just bought the new back band which I love. I made another one for my son. Great products, great prices. I have the FL pants with the knee pads which have been game changes, but I think I'm gonna make one of these just to keep in my pack. Keep up the great work and can't wait to pick up a set of skelators. That's gonna have to wait till next year I think though.

Great idea. I have the timberline pads and while there ok, my knees do start to hurt on smaller trees due to the angle of pads on the tree. I'm going to try this! By the way, got my biggest buck out of the phantom!

I just put my knees into the tree until they bleed. Pain is weakness leaving the body.

This is obviously the only right answer. I need to toughen up.

Cheaper than those $50 knee pads I bought but hey it's only money

Can't take it with you. Better than spending it on hookers and blow....errr so I'm told.😂😂
