So who is Hisham who narrated this narration....how old him when he narrate this narration???? and his condition??? Hisham bin Urwah is the main narrator of this hadith. His life is divided into two periods: in 131A.H.
the Madani period ended, and the Iraqi period started, when Hisham was 71 years old. Hafiz Zehbi has spoken about Hisham’s loss of memory in his later period. His students in Madina, Imam Malik and Imam Abu Hanifah,
do not mention this hadith. Imam Malik and the people of Madina criticised him for his Iraqi hadiths.
So now we know who he is and how old he is when he narrate this narration and also his condition right... So now let us go to other historic facts
Here’s how we know Aisha(RA) was much older when 6 or 9
After the death of the Prophet’s first wife, Khadija(RA),............. Khawla suggested to the Prophet that he should get married again,
to a bikrun, referring to Aisha or Saudha.
In Arabic bikrun is used for an unmarried girl who has crossed the age of
puberty and is of marriageable age. The word cannot be used for a six-year-old girl.
Aisha(RA) was always referred to as bikr, which literally means “an adult unmarried woman who is a virgin.” She was never referred to as a jariyah, which is a “young under aged girl.”
secondly she even was already engaged with another man who call Zubayr ibn Mut'im however that man later rejected Aisha(RA)...
Aisha’s(RA) exact birthday is unknown, but she was born *before* 610 CE when Islam was revealed. some says she was born in 603/604 CE but otheres says 613/614 based on Hisham bin Urwah nerration
Aisha is recorded as accepting Islam shortly after it was revealed. She could not have done so as an infant or toddler.
The youngest she could have accepted Islam would be 7 y/o, but that’s a guess. She was married in 622 CE 12 years after she accepted Islam. (7 + 12 =19 years).
Further, Aisha fought in the Battles of Badr and Uhud (624/5 respectively). No one *under* 15 fought in those battles, let alone be a leader of them.
the Prophet refused to take boys of less than 15 years of age to the battle of Uhud. So can you Imagen under 10s old girl fought in a battle that refused to take under 15 yeas old boys...?
Also, Asma, Aisha’s eldest sister (by ten years) died at age 100, 72 years after Aisha’s marriage.
Process of elimination and mathematics, Aisha could not have been married before she was 14 and the consummation before she was almost 20.
“The Quran states a woman's consent is essential, and the Sunnah confirms that both Aisha's betrothal and consummation occurred with Aisha's enthusiastic agreement.
In fact, some even imply she went against the initial wishes of her Dad!”
By mathematical reasoning:
622 + 72 = 694 -100= 594 year of Asma’s birth.
622-594= 28 yr of Asma at Aisha’s wedding
Asma is recorded as ten years older than Aisha. Therefore:
28-10= 18 Aisha’s age at wedding.
so all this historic dates, events and number are saying her age is 18 or 19 but let us say when she engaged with prophet(ﷺ) her age is 16 for the sake of argument.
Further more the hadith that you refer is contradicting Quran it self and any hadith contradicts with the Quran we reject it because it is impossible to be true so let us check what Quran says about it...
“And test the orphans [in your charge] until they reach a marriageable age; then,
if you find them to be mature of mind/sound in judgment, hand over to them their
possessions…” (Quran, 4:6)
so acceding to Quran marriageable age someone who is mature of mind/sound in judgment and who is also be able to take care of him or her own property's.
No seven year old, nor nine year old is mature enough to handle her own finances and property....

Verses that are entirely clear (muhkam) and verses that are not entirely clear (mutashaabih) in the Holy Qur’aan.
Muḥkam (Arabic: مُحکَم) and Mutashābih (Arabic: مُتَشابِه) are terminologies in Qur'anic sciences. According to the verse 7 of Qur'an 3, there are two types of Qur'anic verses: Muhkam and Mutashabih.
"Muhkam" refers to verses of the Qur'an whose meanings are so clear that no other meaning can be assigned to them, and "mutashabih" is a verse which might have a variety of possible apparent meanings.
A group of Sunni scholars believe that the meaning of "mutashabih" verses is exclusively known by God,
as you see the ayath 4:6 is a clear verse there is not another meaning in it, it is a muhkam and verses. but still Allahu alam.
