yes. when you receive a knockback packet in minecraft it gets divided by 8000 before applying to the player.

Mini game is about knocking opponent off the arena
Cheat engine. It helps changing some values stored in game, in that case it's knockback resistance
It works by scanning all RAM used by game and finding needed values. Then you can freely change them.
