Today we’re gonna rehouse my BIG female Lasiodora parahybana (Brazilian Salmon Pink Birdeater). I found the “perfect” enclosure for her just to find out that she’s too big for it. So I had to rehouse her from that enclosure into another enclosure. She can get even bigger btw!
** This video was made purely for educational and entertainment purposes only.
    If you’re thinking,
“Haven’t you already rehoused all these tarantulas into their custom enclosures?”Sharp eye - You are absolutely correct! However, I did film almost every rehousing of these enclosures, as requested by many.. and having a total of 99 enclosures, wouldn’t it be boring if I were to upload all 99 rehousing videos in a row, twice a week, Wednesdays and Sundays, for a whole year?
That’s exactly why you’re seeing this video now and more in the future - I’ve spaced out all 99 rehousing videos, that way there will be other content to watch as well :)

She's gorgeous! You don't have to justify the size change on the enclosures either imho, compared to the old one she'll be so much happier in her new one anyway! Size makes no difference if she's always hanging out in one spot, cause she doesnt use the other space. I see you've bonded with the bird lol, what are you naming it? It's SO COOL to see her webbing up the enclosure right away

If she's always hanging out by the water maybe do an experiment. Dampen one side of the enclosure amd see of sje goes to it or stays away. Ot just move the water and are if she follows it n around.
It might be a clue that she wants more moisture overall.
She's awesome. Very good temperament and that wasn't a threat posture.

my first T was a curly hair which was a pretty docile and chill species according to my experience, but there are plenty of other t's like Arizona Blondes that are starter-friendly :) be sure to do your own research before buying a tarantula instead of asking in comment sections though because care varies based on the species, some tarantulas need certain types of care such as more or less humidity than others.
