I really like akihikos linked episode here, his social link in portable was really good too, I do like his social link more than his linked episode due to me loving how much of a dork akihiko was in it, but I like that his linked episode expands on his character. Also I think akihikos new va is equally good to his old VA It was weird to adjust to the voice but immediately my criticisms shut up after October 5th
I really like how at the beginning of the Linked Episodes when those two girls are getting harassed he still wants to pick a fight after they run off, later on he doesn't do that unless it's to protect someone
I know people talk about Akihiko old va voicing the cop - Tho I really like his new one, mainly cause I grew up watching his youtube - but I did hear aegis/nanako as the club advisor for the fortune SL But yeah, once again very glad these episodes exists, I haven't even seen portable SL of the guys but what does everyone think? This or the female mc SL with them?
I have a massive huge attachment to FeMC’s Akihiko Social Link because seeing more of Akihiko’s awkward and dorky side (especially when he blushes) awoken something within 14 year old me back then. His Link episodes are still pretty good, don’t get me wrong, especially since we get to know more on his adopted parents. But I want to see more of Akihiko’s awkward dorky side which we don’t get to see that much in Reload. (And Alejandro did great as Akihiko but his really deep voice keeps throwing me off and I’m sorry for that. Maybe I’m simply not a fan of a voice that deep…)
While I prefer Midorikawa and O'Brien, Saab did a fine job with the drection he was given. Just think the voice direction for his battle stuff is jarring, much prefer his voice when talking normal.
Both are good, Portable shows you what he's like when he isn't trying to be a Mr.Tough-Senpai man. I actually think I could recommend people to experience both Reload and Portable now since they both expand on different aspects of the main characters that the original game never explored, like how this game delves into Shinji, Aki and Mitsuru's relationship during Shinji's episode whereas Portable has more wholesome moments of Shinji opening up the new SEES with him even making dinner for the gang.

That part when Minato puts the Medal around Aki's neck made me happy. I love how they did him in this game.
