They had one token black in the commercial in 1980. 😂 The ‘80s were still a time for “token” blacks in advertising, although they were becoming more prominent than ever. After the sixties, companies started pursuing the black dollar aggressively.
Good commercial, but they could never out-advertise McDonald’s.
