Hi Rosie, the dyson isn’t broken it just needs the filter washing at they accumulate a lot of dust in them as we have one and when it makes that sound the filter needs cleaning and then it’s ok. 😊
Hi, the blue Dyson hoover is making that noise because there is something stuck in the end of the connector that the waste goes into. Take that off and clear it all out. Mine does it from time to time
Hi Rosie. I’ve loved watching these pallet videos. I really hope you manage to sell everything and make lots of money. Looking forward to seeing your next video. Have a lovely day 🥰
You can ring Dyson free of charge and they can tell you what is wrong with your items. Just by what lights flash or noise they make. I had a problem with mine not stay on and it was literally the filter that needed washing x
Hi I have a dyson and that on and off function is so that you don't break it when something is wrong. It can literally just be a case of washing the filter or a piece of hair is wrapped around the rotating brush. Normally it's something super easy to fix.
Hi I've just come across your channel after a sleepless night thank you for being so honest about your purchases ive watched both your John Lewis pallets hope you get some money back xx
I noticed the Panasonic bread maker was broken on the lid, right side?? The coffee maker does make that noise when there is no water, it's the pump. It's Dua-lit and those toasters, there are always parts available for that model(s). Also as these are returns they should be PAT tested before sale and even before you test them yourself, check for damage to cables etc it could save your life and use a rcd plug saves tripping your electrics
Hi Rosie, I’ve just watched your videos on these pallets, I’m almost 100% sure I bought the dualit copper toaster from you on eBay, I paid £100 about 2 years ago, accept my commiserations on your losses but the toaster was a fabulous buy👍🏻
Hi Rosie. I have just discovered your videos. Thank you for a honest pallet review video. I feel like a lot of other you tubers gloss over the costs and the condition of the items they receive. I'm looking forward to seeing your follow on video. 🤞you manage to at least break even. Keep up the good work.
Thanks so much I’m glad you liked the video 😊 I was definitely drawn in by other videos and was quite surprised at my own pallet! Currently working hard to sell what I can and just hoping I can break even 🙈
Just not worth the expense and hard work and risk of broken goods and not to mention the effort of trying to sell it you look amazing stay safe stay beautiful ❤️
The dyson is such a simple fix! There good vacuums just need love and care. On RUclips there are loads of videos to stop it playing up. It’s called pulsing when that happens.
Most on that stuff will have been sent back within their warranty date, 3-5 years is the usual with warranty that’s probably why it’s all mostly used and damaged I think you’ve done really well if that was all sent back within warranty!
I would definitely recommend keeping the maeco ABC dehumidifier, it was a total game changer with laundry. Full load dries in a few hours and really inexpensive to run x
Hey! Rosie your vlogs are so so interesting and I really enjoyed watching your vlogs so so much you’re too adorable and I wish you reach 6K Subscribers very very soon!😍✨🙈♥️💫🥰💕
That cordless dyson just needs filter cleaning and the head cleaning and it might be ok :) I had that same model and it always made that noise when it needed cleaning.
I suppose with John Lewis having a 2 year warranty instead of 1 year like most other shops means people have things for longer, longer time to send back. I buy from them for that very reason.
The blue Dyson.....theres a filter you pull out at the top clean that and it will work...same happened to mine, well same noise and did filter and hey presto x
Dyson have a warranty on their vacuums - they will Come out to your home and fix the fault and replace the parts fee of charge - they will ask you For the serial number
Thanks for this video, was thinking of bidding on one of these myself and now I'm 100% not going to bother, sounds like the auction company only ones doing well here and of course John Lewis who would have to pay to dispose of these returns, by the time you add in the man hours needed to sell this stuff it's a total loss in my book, sorry :(
What I find annoying about this is the poor person buying the pallet is paying VAT on what are second hand goods the original buyer also had to pay VAT.
IIt´s hard to imagine you´d pay VAT for second hand goods, which are often broken and unrepairable. Also, orginally those goods would have had VAT paid on them, albiet returned to the original purchasers. If I bought pallets of anything, I would not do so if it is were taxable, ie VAT added to the cost, considering the risk involved. Why does the government have its snout in everything?
Pretty sure some people are returning their old items in place of the ones they bought from John Lewis. They shouldn't be so well used. John Lewis returns are within 35 days
I can't believe that they can sell you the stuff at only 50 percent of cost when most of them as been used. Hope you manage to get your money back on it.
Just want to let you know not to bring the used appliances in the house. Bugs lay their eggs in them. Ugh. I know that’s terrible, but people who return used appliances may not keep a clean house.
Don't be put off my faulty dirty products. Most only need there filters cleaned. You'd be surprised how many people don't know this or can't be bothered to clean them. Many buy used parts for vacuum cleaners Also try going direct to manufacturers for possible repairs, as may have warranties.
I’m hoping I’m not throwing any money away, the plan is to re sell the items as I bought them at discounted prices, so fingers crossed I break even or even make money 🤞
*Update*

Thank you so much for your help I will definitely be checking that 🙏
I was going to comment the same. Mine does it too sometimes (on mine it's a little flap in the main body of the Dyson that seems to get stuck)
@@RosieTilley yes it's definitely the filter x

Thank you 😊 I’m glad you’ve enjoyed them it makes it worth it when people enjoy the content 🙏 I’m now on a mission to sell! Have a lovely day too 🌞

A lot better box this time. Thanks for sharing 👍 🥰
It’s definitely an improvement isn’t it, at least some original boxes 🙈 thank you for watching 😊💕
That is a lot of interesting products indeed. Thank you for sharing your beauty in this vid
Thank you 😊
Hi I've just come across your channel after a sleepless night thank you for being so honest about your purchases ive watched both your John Lewis pallets hope you get some money back xx
I think you were really unlucky. you can tell the vlogs that are sponsored as there's are amazing! Thanks for being really honest. 🤗
Hi Rosie. The amount of vacuum cleaners wow but this box was better than the last one I think. I hope you manage to make your money back sweetie ❤❤
Haha my house is full of vacuum cleaners 😂🙈 definitely a better box and I’m going to try my best to sell on 🤞💕💕

Yes so true! The time and effort this will take is so daunting 🙈 thank you 😊 💕
Some good things there hope you can make a good returns on all of it good luck 🤞

Hey Rosie ! Fabulous vlog .
Ninja products are amazing and good quality ❤️xx
Thank you so much, I couldn’t believe how heavy the ninja was! Definitely a quality bit of kit 😍
Very interesting, hope you are able to sell some of these things on and make your money back!
I really hope so 🙏 I’m going to try my best! 🙈
I would definitely recommend keeping the maeco ABC dehumidifier, it was a total game changer with laundry. Full load dries in a few hours and really inexpensive to run x
Ah I managed to sell that one! But I still have a larger one from my other pallet I think so might keep that one! Thanks for the info 🙏
Hey! Rosie your vlogs are so so interesting and I really enjoyed watching your vlogs so so much you’re too adorable and I wish you reach 6K Subscribers very very soon!😍✨🙈♥️💫🥰💕
Thank you 😊 🤍
Can't wait to see if you managed to fix anything up and what you sold, if anything. xxx
PS Enjoyed watching you unbox! New to your channel. x
That cordless dyson just needs filter cleaning and the head cleaning and it might be ok :) I had that same model and it always made that noise when it needed cleaning.
excellent footage,friend!;))
Thank you 😊
My Dyson sounds like that when there is some fluff blocking it. I poke a skewer in the front to unblock it. Just a thought. Love the video.
I suppose with John Lewis having a 2 year warranty instead of 1 year like most other shops means people have things for longer, longer time to send back. I buy from them for that very reason.
Hi Rosie when is the follow up video coming about what you sold and made? X
Hey, I’m still trying to sell everything 🙈 it’s hard work haha so hopefully very soon I’ll have the follow up video up 🤞
The blue Dyson.....theres a filter you pull out at the top clean that and it will work...same happened to mine, well same noise and did filter and hey presto x
Thank you so much for your help 🙏💕
The noise that the dyson is making just means either not enough charge or there is a blockage
They vax cleaners are brilliant, especially for us with a mucky german shepherd
Haha I bet! I’m definitely hoping to keep one as our border collie leaves a constant trail of hair 😂🙈
You can email companies for missing parts.
Dyson have a warranty on their vacuums - they will
Come out to your home and fix the fault and replace the parts fee of charge - they will ask you
For the serial number
The Dylan might just need a new filter, mine makes that noise when it need the filter cleaned.
Your so funny Rosie 🥰
Are you going to do a video on how you got on with reselling?
Yes I will be, I’m still currently trying to sell 😂🙈
@@RosieTilley thank you very much! Good luck 🌟🌟
I would be concerned about buying a new Miele vacuum! Good luck with the sell ons. Great videos
Yes it definitely seems they are popular in being returned! Thank you glad you enjoyed the videos 😊💕

Hi hope your okay! If the ninja foodi is still available please can I be considered buying it! Xx
you should try and rummage around, the small appliance section, at your local waste disposal site, you will get that rubbish for nowt😂👏🥂
😂😂 could have saved myself loads!
The products may be dusty from being sat in a warehouse before being sold.
What I find annoying about this is the poor person buying the pallet is paying VAT on what are second hand goods the original buyer also had to pay VAT.

You deff got your eye wiped 😂
Pretty sure some people are returning their old items in place of the ones they bought from John Lewis. They shouldn't be so well used.
John Lewis returns are within 35 days
Afternoon Rosie, what’s your selling page called on eBay please?
Hi Laura, I don’t have a specific selling page I just put all the bits on there individually but I have stopped selling now everything is sold 🤍
The bread maker has a giant hole on the side of the lid.
Haha I spotted that right after the video 🙈
I can't believe that they can sell you the stuff at only 50 percent of cost when most of them as been used. Hope you manage to get your money back on it.
It's 32.5% of cost.
Dyson is pulsing because of a blockage
Surely things get returned to JL because they don't work.
Can I buy the dyson? 😂
The state of the goods is really bad. How come JL can even resell it? Returns within 28 days vs 2 years makes a massive difference 😑
Just want to let you know not to bring the used appliances in the house. Bugs lay their eggs in them. Ugh. I know that’s terrible, but people who return used appliances may not keep a clean house.

yeah that's the noise of a coffee machine pump with no water, stop it
I don't get it how did she know it was a John Lewis Pallet?
probbaly in the auction listing
Frankenvac lol
John Lewis are known for off loading rubbish in the pallets
God I wish I had money to throw away like that
I’m hoping I’m not throwing any money away, the plan is to re sell the items as I bought them at discounted prices, so fingers crossed I break even or even make money 🤞
@@RosieTilley you would have been better investing the money Rosie, buts its your money. You do as you please.
Another pallet of worthless junk! You've been ripped off big time!
😂😂😂😂😂😂
Buyer beware
Hope you can make money back, seems like it's a pallet of broken junk!?
What a joke , everything is used and old. You would be better buying those on eBay and reselling.
😂😂😂
