C-SPAN Cities Tour - Columbia: South Carolina's Archival History

We visit the South Carolina Department of Archives and History, where Agency Director, Eric Emerson, shows us some of the more interesting government records that are housed there. This includes the "Ordinance of Secession", which dissolved the State's union with the Federal Government and sent the country into Civil War.
