Two restaurants you should definitely try, are il Brigante just on your right at the top of where you passed the bistro. Best Italian in Albifeira for me, food is amazing. Another is a beautiful small family run restaurant called O’Manjar. You turn left at il Brigante, best steaks in Albufeira for me and very reasonably priced. The staff are lovely as well, food is out of this world and huge portions. Defintely a must visit, worth getting there early as it gets busy as it is only small.

@@algarveloveHi there, thanks for responding. Yes, O’Manjar is Portuguese. Probably the best Portuguese steak I’ve ever had, the lamb chops are to die for too. Lovely family that own it, and everything is made fresh in house. The red wine steak sauce is out of this world. Always one of the first places we go to when we are over. A real hidden gem.
