  • In this video I share my process for sketching through 30 quick poses. This can be a great way to get the ideas going and I find these to be valuable even years later. Just to prove it, this was an art file that I created in 2021 and forgot to share the video! Whoops. ;)
I hope you find this video to be informative and please let me know what you think, as well as what videos you want to see next on this channel.

This part forever remains the hardest part for me. I want to draw something, I sit down and I'm like, okay, what are they doing....blank.. . For me, this is where having a story to go by is immensely inspirational to coming up with a pose. Otherwise my imagination bails on me.

I think I should try this. I plan to draw my own webtoon story, but I can’t always rely on references, there’s just some poses that I can’t find, so I think I’ll just try to draw from imagination more often so I’m not so restricted. It can take a lot of time to find references that match up with what you have in mind for poses

Thank you!! That was very inspirational for me. I have recently started taking time to create for the sake of creating. No video, camera or pictures. Just make it. You showed me a way I can do that with my drawing too. Thanks again!!
