De Bruyne just speaks well. He's fluent in French, Dutch (Flemish), and English. It's quite impressive, but not uncommon for Dutch-speaking people. Kane has a lisp that unfortunately he gets made fun of. I personally don't think it's fair, knowing people with lisps and other speech impediments, but he doesn't seem to care. So yeah, you're right De Bruyne has a better accent, but in the end Kane understands the language more (grammatically and verbally).

@@Andrea-ul7cm Well De Bruyne has a double language home (english, flamish) and lives in a country where is also the third language (french). No wonder he can speak them all. He also speaks german.

That's the good thing about being from Belgium, I'd say our neighbours from The Netherlands are as good in English as us but because of our accent it's easier for us to speak languages like French for example so most Belgians know at least 3 languages
