Biggs rated his top 5 Jay Z albums in a sit-down with VladTV, revealing that American Gangster, Reasonable Doubt, The Blueprint, The Black Album, and 4:44 were on his list, with American Gangster at the top. He went on to point out that he didn't appreciate Jay Z's line about his late brother Bob on The Black Album's "Lucifer," but added that the song is now motivation that he can get through anything. To hear more, including how Biggs learned to forgive his brother's killer after turning to Christianity, hit the above clip.
Vlad has no empathy at all, the man doesn’t want to talk about his brother getting killed and he keeps going on and on about it
Vlad gonna die behind this content. Lol
Mr Mobbin it’s called a interview dum ass not therapy...
FAXX TV yes but does that mean he doesn’t behave like a decent human dumb ass!! Vlads tone of voice in the questioning and pushing shows he has no empathy
OJ Love I have noticed that he has moved on from his obsession with death row and moved on to roc a fella now also
Mr Mobbin he gets erections from strong black men. He feels terrible because he will always be an outsider.
Biggs: “It’s not about what sells the most. It’s about your personal preference.”
Amen.
He said Gshit
McDonald’s sells the most burgers doesn’t mean they’re the best
Brandon Betts which is social media in a nutshell people act like u can’t have your own Opinion or preference...freedom of speech doesn’t exist anymore....
Vlad hated that statement
I preach this all the time and some people look at me like I have 8 heads when I say it.
Quality over quantity.
American gangster was a heavy album
UATWRecords yea it was but that “reasonable doubt” album gives you gems about how to get through life in this cold world 💯
HELL YEA
FACTS
@@John__KeepWinning facts. never got that vibe from American gangster
It was Jays last street embraced album. After that it was those shitty ass bp3 and magna carta albums. He redeemed himself very well with 4:44
I thought I was only one who felt Jay Z best album was American Gangster. Criminally UNDERRATED at its finest
same here
No Hook is still my shit till this day
I agree 💯. The quality of music and the story telling.....
American Dreaming and Sweet are my joints!!!
🎶🎙fallong. Seems like Im falling🎶
Even if Biggs did or does know who murdered his brother, he seems like the type who would NEVER let you know.
Biggs always shows he is intellectually beyond Vlad in his interviews.
Biggs is a stand up dude. Probably the realest dude from the Roc
Oskino is 2nd
He is the realest
Him and Dame Dash
Jay the realest did you see what he did with it
Emory
That's not the first time ... arguments about Reasonable Doubt and American Gangster being the best album
On VladTV it is, American Gangster is never mentioned
Rees Thomas I think the first Blueprint and black album are top 2, but wouldn’t disagree with his argument- Vol 2 I actually really do like - Hard Knock life is on that album
@@noeldimaggiojr101 American Gangster had that production
Believe it or not I think Volume 1 better than Hard Knock life . Take away that song with Lil Kim and Puff and there is nothing bad left on that album. Lucky me,You must love Me,Rap Game Crack Game,Who you Wit,Where I'm From,Face Off,Real Niggas do real things, matter of fact I will put Volume 1 up against any Jay album outside Reasonable Doubt and American Gangster lyrically
Stephen May shit that song was tuff Hov went In on that one I think vol 1 was classic the fucking intro to that album can’t be touched
"Lord forgive him, we all have sinned, but Bob's a good dude please let him,and if you feel in my heart that I'm long for revenge, please blame it on the son of the morning',Thanks again!"- Jay Z
biggs is stone cold in that chair LOL
Right? Damn I thought I was trippin
Bro is a rock for real, and I love that in him.
Didn’t even budge
He must meditate alot. Or has for a very long time
Biggs got too deep for Vlad here. Couldn't grasp what he was saying during the whole interview.
alldattalk that’s because he doesn’t listen to what people say. He hears em, but doesn’t listen.
Vlad is lame af.
lame but worth 15 milli. Hmmmm
dave lopez u even more lame
@@THEHIPHOPFIENDS havin money don't mean shit u still can be lame
@@THEHIPHOPFIENDS you lame 2 for saying some shit like that
@@THEHIPHOPFIENDS nobody asked what he's worth. Why don't you talk about what YOU'RE worth lol.
You can tell Biggs a real old school original gangster ..
Biggs look irritated 🤣🤣🤣
When he does get on camera which is rare he always looks irritated lol
Yeah. Even I'm irritated for him! Lmao
Well Vlad is talking so yah
Dark skinned niggas always look irritated stop it
The 3 personalities Jay, Dame, Biggs, has to be the perfect mixture for making history. Wouldn't change either one.
Jay and Biggs seem to be similar very reserved guys. But Dame was the get it by any means which is a gift and a curse.
@@chustlerm Jay was not always like this, and I love the guy but we have to stop rewriting history. Hov was slapping bitches and doing grimy extra shit just like Dame. He's closer to being the middle ground between the two than just straight up being like Biggs.
@@CaliCool91 damn wow
@@CaliCool91 true. great observation.
Zo Rose when did Jay slap a bitch?
My big brother was BIG's brother. Used to be Dame and Bigg's brother. Who was hip hop brother. Who was no ID friend, no ID my mentor now let the story begin.
Kanye before he went crazy 🤦♂️🤦♂️
Shit I’m convinced Kanye is talking about Mal lol
William James “that’s crazy”

@@MEasyExtra Yeah he knows. That's why he spelled it BIG'S. Second one BIGGS.
America gangster was sleep on Biggs seems like a solid dude 💯
American Gangster is such an underrated album
The most garbage Jay z album ever! 4:44 was his best and the blue print
I agree with you MYKECHEXX great fucking album and the Dynasty ROC Lafamillia album too underrated albums
i bet biggs wanted to punch Vlad for keep going on about his brother
Something tells me biggs DOES know what happened and WHO did it. And I’m pretty sure he’s handled him already...
facts!!!
The interview is pretty powerful. Much respect to Biggs for his transformation.
Biggs is like this white guy corny wrap it up
The irony about Vlad & majority of white dudes of his ilk, they legitmetally embrace & accept being ,corny.
Mo Hazzam he doesn’t think he is corny. If he did that would have some authenticity. He has none.
@@patsysadowski1546 k
Curtis D facts
5:20 the way he talks about his older deceased bro pushing him to get to the next level, hit me hard. I lost my older bro 3 months ago so I feel what he’s talking about. It’s rough to even visualize accomplishing things in the future without your right hand man.. crazy
Your brother has his hands on your back pushing you! Don't stop!🚀
American Gangster is some of Jay's best work conceptually and production-wise.
I didn't say THE best production. I said SOME of the best production.
I've spent a lot of time with the album. Even as recently as a month or so ago. I think it's a dope album and severely underrated and still... Not on the level
Why do people even go on vlad at this point. Everyone knows he's trash. The only reason he asked about his brother is because he wanted a story
Deanz Beber yup nosey ass dude. We no better we gotta stop watching
American Gangster is really a culmination of Jay's top 3 albums in Reasonable Doubt, The Blueprint and the Black Album. It has the street stories and introspection of RD, the soulful production of BP, and the rapping style and lyricism of TBA.
He didn't want to talk about his brother
I’m pretty sure he ok’d the topic before the interview.
Prolly cuz he had him removed, ion know but wouldn't surprise me.
Biggs being on Vlad is crazy (Mal Voice)
biggs is funny he playing vlad he getting a kick out of vlad thinking that he's getting something out of biggs by reaching with these questions that create an awkward atmosphere
“You have faith and believe that this ain’t real, it’s still faith.” That’s deep.
American Gangsta is my favorite Jay Album. It’s a very introspective album and spoke more to the experiences of lot of us recovering was the streets and poverty. How to navigate and maneuver through street life is vital to our existence, Vlad wouldn’t understand.
Nigel Lewis p
Vlad: I’m an atheist
Biggs: yeah i can tell
Vlad: so...your big brother…
Not how it happened bitch
Kontraversy Blac MAN, I READ THIS SHIT AND STARTED THINKING I MISSED SOMETHING......
😂😂😂😂😂😂
Lol was emphasising the lack of compassion 😂😂 thanks for all the luv, haters, kiss my ass/ashes
I know the feeling, my brother was killed and for a long time I could never look at his pictures.
Galva Tron i had to figure out how to help with his wife and children and my own mother, all while being devastated myself...so it’s not how you would imagine, there’s is more sorrow and pain than anger...but then anger comes to you and you have to be careful with hate and anger b/c it will make you make someone else a victim...Hate can envelope you to the point where nothing matters and all you are consumed with is murder...and when that emotion leaves it’s terrifying to think that you could literally murder someone. My brother was shot and killed years ago but the pain never goes away, the tears are always there even when the outside world can’t see them.
@@bigdap100 😢 couldn't even imagine the pain brother #stay up
BIG CHOLOBALLS thanks man. God bless.
I like how Biggs answered the question concerning his brother it's obvious that Vald is fishin' for info.🤔
these questions about his brother was borderline disrespectful
The “American Gangster" album is a classic!
Bet this his last Vlad interview Vlad be reaching like a mothafuvka
Atheist....No wonder why Vlad has no morals when it comes asking certain questions
@Bill Kill what?
@Bill Kill Tru but in Vlad case its the reason

He looks like he can’t stand vlad🤣🤣🤣🤣
The first blueprint was Jay's best album ever to me, the production was top notch with Just Blaze and a young Kanye
Artistically Blueprint
No substance tho, RD number 1 with a bullet
Vlad HE DOES NOT WANT TO TALK ABOUT HIS BROTHER! ✋🏾
Mal brother making content with the opps is CRAZY
American gansta my favorite jay z album
Mine too, if you have lived a little bit and been a part of that world it truly speaks to u, and has a great 60s 70s feel to it with a modern JAYZ spin and sound to it 💯
No doubt that's the last of that Street Hov! Fucking Legendary
Biggs would still ice the dude that killed his brother. American Gangster is my favorite Jay album
I feel like he can speak about it so calmly bc he already handled that dude on the low years ago
@@PortCityBalrog Bro i just made the same comment always been my belief!
I like this man. His spirit is powerful. I saw his Breakfast Club interview and he had a completely different energy with Envy and Charlamagne. Here, I believe he’s making sure ( man to man) that VLAD understands he’s not with the mind tricks LOL! VLAD should not have pushed the “brother button” that many times, it’s disrespectful after the second wave.
Hes actually just super racist. If you knew him personally youd know.
Biggs is the definition of a stand up guy.True throwback to the term mans man, salute.
For some 1 of Vlads age he sure does ask some immature questions
He's a sheltered little boy who went to school in the Bay Area and has spent the last 20 years counting up his shekels and patting himself on the back
He’s asking questions he feels his audience wants to hear
@@ngpdreamteam2k4 and his audience has expressed their displeasure with these questions on many of his vids. Where do you think people came up with the impression that he's a cornball, culture vulture, the Feds etc?
kevinseveneleven well if they really didn’t like them they wouldn’t watch it, but vlad still doing numbers so clearly there’s a disconnect from what people are saying vs what their doing.
@@ngpdreamteam2k4 too true
Vlad has gotta develop some emotional intelligence. Clearly this mans energy changed when talking bout his brother. Its insensitive to continue to probe on that topic. SMH
American gangster one of if not the most complete album ever made.... No skip not once, every track got crazy replay value and the production is ridiculously smooth and the tracks fit together just like a movie, near perfect as possible!!
Lol no
American Gangsta had some serious HEAT!!!!!!
Forgiveness is empowering...
Really enjoyed the responses. Don’t appreciate some of the questions and the constant push for him to elaborate in the manner in which he sought approval.
America gangster was definitely my second favorite. Shit was dope and underrated
Bigg has a beautiful smile. May God continue to bless him through his journey.
He's a very smart intellectual guy would really like to hear talk prolly got great stories
Sherdog 65
Biggs got too deep for Vlad..Vlad got sonned the whole interview lol
"I don't see a lot of people putting American Gangster in their top 5...so his best-selling album Vol.2 is not in your top 5?" Vlad, do you have opinions of your own, or is everything you say dictated by trends?
People have to understand that it’s not about sells. It’s about what’s your preference. Vol 2 is Jay’s biggest selling album but I don’t think it’s Jay favorite album from himself. He actually rate his own albums on social media one time. Even Jay don’t care about sells like that. It’s all about what mood he’s in.
@@SoulOfTheSouth I agree 100. I think Vlad doesn't understand this.
American Gangster is definitely a top Jay-Z album.
Amen! Glad Christ found him. 🙏💯
I always felt like American Gangster was a return to form for Jay z. it reminded me heavily of Reasonable Doubt. its in my top 5 too. maybe even 3. IMO Reasonable Doubt, Blueprint 1, and its a toss up between American Gangster and the Black Album for that 3 spot
I've been telling people for years that American Gangster was one of Jay's best body of works....Roc Boys, Success, Blue Magic, American Dreamin' and the title track are among his best songs, ever...we all know Reasonable Doubt, The Blueprint and The Black Album are indisputable classics, but AG is right there wit 'em...big up to Biggs for shedding light to those who don't know...
Roc boys will always be my shit
@Robert Crocker
I don't know man, beat not that bad to me, the intro with the movie clip, jay and nas spitting over those organs...call it the pusha-t syndrome, where superior lyricsm overrides a subpar or an unorthodox beat...lol
Vlad having trouble grasping the concept that an album can sell less but actually be better.
Its not about church, it’s about the relationship with the good Lord! God keep blessing this man.
God isn’t real
@@escobarrich8753 You keep telling yourself that...we agree to disagree

I love the interviews where the person doesn’t let Vlad control everything the whole time. You clearly get that vibe with this one... great interview 👍🙏
If VLAD can’t relate to a concept, he has nothing relevant to say. Biggs owned this interview.
He clearly DOESN'T want to talk about his brother's death....catch a hint damn this was kinda uncomfortable to watch
That’s some deep shit Biggs said if u believe in something u have faith that it exist. but if u don’t believe in something u hav faith that it doesn’t exist! That just fucked my head up
American Gangster was serious
Vlad that wasn't cool asking about a man deceased brother.
