You can tell he has serious dedication if he's seriously waiting that long for the flares to do something
Usually player (ONLINE mode only) gains only one such flare when he/she choose an Airstrike option when he/she calls to Merryweather.Then he should throw it to that place he need to be airstrike bombed before it's too late.
He could have an auto-clicker active

thats because rockstar nefed the damage on this and hollow point rounds on revolvers. both use to be 1 hit kill anywhere on the body at one point.

Personally the combat MG mk II is what I hands down prefer, and the .50 pistol is also nice

Up-n-atomizer may not be the best, but it is the most useful.
It’s saved me several times when I get a mission car Austin Powered or otherwise stuck.
Enough times to pay for itself, even.

So you're telling me the pump shotgun and the heavy sniper can have explosive ammo in these tests but the special carbine doesn't even have full metal jacket rounds.
If it did then the test at 5:02 would be a piece of cake.

Than the gun have a 30 or 60 magazine. When it is mk2 there aren’t 100 round magazines.

I have all three Republican Space Rangers weapons, and I have to say, the Up-N-Atomizer is the most versatile against players and common vehicles. It doesn't do much in the way of damage, but it can knock players and vehicles back so you have time to attack with another weapon without fear of enemy retaliation or escape (unless there're those loser asshole virgins that use god mode).
i found out that the up-'n-atomizer can 3 shot players
