Coming back to overwatch from console, now to pc and a year long break. Old role was tank but its just not as fun anymore. Went to torb because i main engineer in tf2 and engineer in deep rock galactic. If you dont know, both of them also have a turret. I learned from this guide to just plop my turret down. Yeah, its cool to know good spots but sometimes just ploppin it next to you is good. In tf2, engineer spends so many resources upgrading your turret, so a good spot is key. Especially since a soldier can throw 2 rockets and kill it. That mindset made me cherish my torb turrets but im just gonna start sittin them places midfight now

I may be seeing things, but At 13:23 the turret is placed at the top At 13:33 the turret is placed at the bottom At 13:44 you can see the turret shoot from the top I don't see any cuts between placing at the bottom and it shooting from top How did that happen?
They updated the Rank system so there you get placed more likly to the actual sr you have and that means when you would do now a reaper unranked to GM you would probably get master or High Dia after the unranked Wins

best bet is to place a turret covering your supports and then stay near your turret so if she tries to hack it you can shoot her which will interrupt the hack and then your turret will force her out
There’s a insane turret spot on ilios if you take high ground you can throw your turret on top of that big ass building on point and its a absolute menace for the enemy team, you’re welcome lol
Torb nails melt a Zarya. I just place turret in sight of backline even If they have no dive and am very mindful to break it before my turret ever sees the Zarya. I've had OTP torbs on my team that just never place turret when the enemy swaps zarya. Not complaining that is 10 times better than the ones that place it for her to build charge for sure.
Awesome job mate! I always passed up torb but he really is a great dps. One of my favorite things to do is leave my turret out in the open and wait for a lame ass Sombra to hack it, and then just toss a new one. 😂 keeps them busy for hours.

If that happens every game u play torb and your other dps isn’t good at killing Pharah or Echo then best bet is to switch to a hitscan. Widow and Sojourn shouldn’t be too bad just stay behind your tank or out of their los

Man overwatch 2 with old accounts is hard! I made a new account, played support till I could play comp. Played dps on comp and got to GM4 within 2 weeks. My main can't get out of master 5 with loss streaks of 10+. Brainless tanks are mostly the issue or throwing 1 tricks. I'm telling you. New accounts get to GM easier. My alt support rank is masters 1. My main can't get out of plat 2
I did a new account today and got master 4 after 5 wins. Yesterday on a smurf I got diamond 1 after 5 wins. New accounts are so much better. Both accounts had no games before
