Awesome video. I loved y’all’s comments on it being deer season. I did two camping trips during by favorite part of deer season but time with my son was time well spent. I’ve got my share of deer over the years.

How do you guys decide what kind of camping yall are going to do? (When to bring the camper, tent, or go backpacking) I love going to Meridian. Easy drive to get there and it's such a quiet little park. Yalls meals looked good!
Well it really depends on several things. Most often the weather, time available, and the planned activities dictates the method of camping. If the weather is nice, meaning not too hot or raining, we prefer backpacking or tent camping. During the summer, we normally use the 5th wheel or rent a cabin. If we have plenty of time to go out of state or at least long distance, we prefer backpacking. Meridian is a nice small park that isn't usually crowded and it's very close to home for us. Yeah, we've tried to step up the cooking when we aren't backpacking. We became very tired of the same old meals all the time. Thanks so much for watching Cameron!
