thanks, this coop is 8ft wide (side to side), 5.5 ft deep (front to back) which allows for a 3 inch overhang with the tin on the front and back, and 6ft tall, and then make a wall right down the middle
Personally I don’t, it just sits on the ground, mine are so heavy they don’t move easily, but If you wanted you can buy 3/8” rebar about 12-18 inches long and drill a hole in the bottom frame and use a hammer to nail the rebar through the frame into the ground
Dig a 6wideX18deep footing, fill with quick crete place lagbolts in wet cement every 2ft. apart let dry for 48hrs. lay pressure treated 2X4 or 2X6 alongside bolts mark for drilling holes to bolt boards to cement, assemble walls then bolt to cement footing 😊

I think they are great. What’s the size of the pen?
the whole pen is 5.5ft front to back, 8ft wide, and 6ft tall.... so each side is 5.5ft x 4ft
Great video
Thanks
I’m really excited for these new members! 🩶
me too, can't wait to start mixing some stuff up with them also
Would you ever sell and ship any bantams?
I do sell the offspring but I do not ship sorry I'm located in MS
