Thank you Miri for putting this together. Really helps me organize my thoughts when studying for the NBCOT. One question though - where is this study sheet you speak of? I can't locate it in the notes section of your site.

Thank you so much for this wonderful video Miri! I have been watching many of your videos as I prepare for the NBCOT in a couple weeks and they have been super helpful! You are absolutely amazing for creating these in your spare time for all of us future OTs and practicing OTs. I did just want to note that the sensory profile came out with a second version that is for children ages 3-14 (not sure if that is on the NBCOT currently) and that the SPM also has a version for pre-school age children.

Hi Ami! Thank you for taking a moment to send me a note and connect with me! Also, thank you for letting me know about the recent updates to the assessments. I suspect that in a few years, I'll have to recreate a lot of my assessment videos to reflect the changes and/or additions that will continue to be made... Anyway, I'm so glad you're finding these videos helpful and I hope you'll continue to gain confidence over the next couple of weeks leading up to your exam.

Hi Miri! I think there are three Sensory Profiles. The regular one is for kids aged 3-14. Then there's the two additional versions you mentioned- one for babies/toddlers, and one for adolescents & adults

Thank you, Tammy! If you don't mind, could you please send me a link to the source? One of these days, I hope to update my assessment videos, or to create more videos to reflect the new changes. Assessments get revised, updated, produced quite often, so I appreciate members like you who come back to inform me of any new products. ❤️

Hello Miri! I also believe this is the case... only because I recently completed my Level II fieldwork at a pediatric site and used it there. The only source I could find is here: www.pearsonassess.ca/content/dam/ani/clinicalassessments/ca/programs/pdfs/sp2-product-brochure.pdf... On page 2, it breaks out the infant, toddler, and child versions. (This is also for the SP-2, so I'm thinking this is a 2nd version that came out after you made this video?) Anyway, I hope this is helpful! I have been loving all of your videos and INCREDIBLY appreciate the time, knowledge, and SUCH positive energy that you put into each one!! Thank you so much :)

Thank you Miri for your videos! I'm so glad they came back before my testing time came. But, I have to know...how did Kate do?

Thank you for studying with me! Kate did very well, passing on her first attempt, and wrote about it so others can learn from her strategies too! www.otmiri.com/how-i-passed-the-nbcot-exam-on-my-first-try/. She's also become my closest, dearest friend and we love each other to pieces!

Hi Miri! Thanks for the helpful videos. I'm preparing for my NBCOT exam and have a question- what is the difference between sensory integration and sensory modulation?
