Just would like to add that in addition to all the great commentary you both provide, I LOVE how you have the video broken down into bookmarks so people can easily access certain scenes!
I try to make it as assessable as I can! I do encourage you to indeed give it an entire viewing, simply because youtube reads people skipping as the video not being good and they send it out to less people. For full transparency thank you for watching!
Yes the scene where Missandei tells her “Valar Mogulis” and Dany replies “yes all men must die, but we are not men” and Missandei makes a face like wait a minute, she knows Valyrian?
"If i would started a war for that lecherous little stump what do you think im doing for my oldest son and heir." Also, Lord Commander Mormont reacts that way because there's this tradition in Westeros that when someone brakes bread and shares wine with you (aka gives you food and shelter) they agree to protect you and trust you. Breaking this faith might even earn you a punishment from the gods.
Remember in the last episode one of the guys who caught Theon called Theon’s “rescuer” a little bastard before the rescuer killed him. The whole escape was a trick and the rescuer even killed his own guys to sell it to Theon.
So the guy with Theon.. he saved Theon to gain his trust and get info out of him while bringing him back.. so whoever he is, is actually Theon’s captor… we’ll have to wait and see who they are
I've been waiting for you to get to this point. The next episode is my favorite in the whole series and is mostly circles around 1 conversation. I am so curious how you guys are going to react to it, considering you've been more levelheaded towards some of Ned Stark's decisions then most people up until this point. I look forward to your breakdown. Especially since you guys detect some good in Jamie. And this episode is my favorite Varys moment.
Seen the show so many times, I never noticed that was a cut-down weirwood tree. Margaery master player. Daenerys scene so legendary. Glad you guys are back hope all is well.
Buenas Noches, Awesome Brienne de Tar, Varys, Olenna and Margaery Tyrell, Tywin Lannister, Thoros of Mir, Beric Dondarrion..etc, any non-main character is also awesome, And I'm not talking about my Queen Daenerys, that very intelligent Valyrian..
Daenerys is not entirely human. Valyrians mutated due to their practice of blood magic which's basically eugenics. We have all those horrific stillbirths as a result. Aaaand.. since she's of noble Valyrian bloodline it's natural that she knows the language. She's not some nerd who loves to study Chinese in her free time, you know. Valyrians must be seen as Ubermenschen, Third Magical Reich of this fictional world.

@@ImmersiveReactions Oh yes for sure I do tend to watch the full videos just like being able to locate where sections are
I appreciate that thank you :)
Love the scene where Daenerys throws the whip away and it's stepped on. She has an army of free men, not slaves.
Such amazing imagery and symbolism, this season is amazing
You can free man from master but you cant free his mind. These people are still psychologicaly slaves.
For now
They hinted last episode that Dany could speak Volarian when she understood a Volarian phrase that the Interpreter said to her.

Yes, that was a weirwood tree! Good catch.😊
Yes! Thank you!
Never noticed that either. And I am one of those poor saps who read first book in the nineties. Lol.
POD THE ROD BABY
Jaime really is a fascinating character, George is so skilled at layering his characters

Yay glad you guys are back!
Yeah life has been crazy haha
9:18 The actual military mind behind Robert's only defeat was actually Randyll Tarly, Sam's father, who was as good a warrior as awful as father.
Randyll is Great father. He protected his kin from weakness which literally leads to death of the family in that times.

We have been doing histories and lore and i remembered she would be praying to the old gods and remembered they cut them all down
Oooh I've been looking forward to y'all's reactions to this one! ❤
Hope you enjoyed it!
Enjoyed your reaction (volume was on the low side thought)
will adjust for next time
