I will say were some of these items came from an their use for fun because im bored (WIP) 1:36 The Balloon-Camera was used in Hello Guest Alpha 1, it seems there is no funcitonality anymore though. 2:13 The Economic and Dynamo flashlight's were used in HG, the Dynamo could be a wind up and the Economic would be a much better alternative to the standard one.

I think the balloon camera was a early version of the drone we get in Hello neighbor 2.
You forgot to mention that some of those items were also in Hello Guest Alpha, thanks to using the Item Convertor machine.
The destructive bottles could be a distraction if they add them back
