I appreciate R2R for introducing me to Tardus through this video. My future of RE investing would only be a dream but Tardus is helping me make that dream a reality. I’m excited for my future.

I would love to hear from clients! I have a call with them tomorrow morning. It seems to cater mostly to those who don’t have a ton of capital but do have some positive cash flow every month. I wonder if it still makes sense for someone who technically has negative cash flow but does have a larger sum of capital sitting.

Technically you can. If it meet the 2 yr close to close requirement and they had the intent to hold it but sold it, then that could qualify for a 1031
