If accompanying with pasta keep it separate.... A simple Pasta with either a Pomodoro sauce, see the eggplant parm recipe to make the sauce OR a simple pasta with butter, salt, pepper, Parmesan cheese and Parsley.... both will compliment the shrimp wonderfully.

Hi, Scampi is not a pasta dish but if I were to serve pasta it would be a simple pasta with brown butter and fresh parsley ON THE SIDE.
