Mr SeaMonster sir! The Muhle Rocca, and all Muhles in general are terrific razors. That one in particular is very sexy. I own the black Jet. I do find it to be comfortably in between the 41 & 89.

Hi Glenn,
From the Mühle website, ROCCA means "castle or fort" in Italian.
It's a wonderful razor handle design. I will try to find an explanation of the various head design over time (ver1 thru ver4).
ROCCA with a black stainless steel handle (insert) is the R96. The R95 is for the Birch Bark finish, which is pretty awesome!

Glenn, I love this razor as well. Have owned it about 6 months and it never lets me down. I tend to like it with a Voskod blade but any works great.

Hey Mr.Glenn if you want to try something different Why don’t you try using denture tablets one tablet to one cup of water use that to dunk your razor in and I swear it will give you a smoother shave even with a feather blade
