Personally I am that kind of social but also introverted person. Sometimes I really feel embarrassed with the smallest little things, thinking that everyone saw it, but in reality we have to understand that you only think about your own problems. As a proof, let me ask you a question: have you ever felt embarrassed about something that someone did in his life? Have you ever thought about someone’s problems more than yours! Personally no and never. What helped me personally is this mindset that literally no one cares. I also started to talk more to strangers. Of course I don’t tell you to talk to anyone or to tell about yourself. Just try to connect more and I am telling you you won‘t have that much pressure anymore. Also challenge yourself always little things. For example taking pictures in public. Or waving to people. Or just like saying hello.
