Can you tell me what weather is usually like in February in New York does it rain much? I’m very short ( 5’3) and my husband is really tall ( 6’4) so I usually like to wear a block heeled boot but I’m afraid this won’t be sensible for walking round New York 😅 sorry for the long message. It can be very cold and like a wind tunnel walking NYC in February. Bring super warm outerwear and sensible boots. You may see snow, but for sure very cold and windy. If the temperature is a little higher you could see freezing rain. It’s impossible to predict. Streets can be slushy.
Hi Nicola, February can be very cold in NYC, and we usually get snow during February. You will need a very warm jacket and a pair of comfortable shoes, and I prefer sneakers if I have to walk around the City (sightseeing) for few days. I personally don’t find lady’s Shoes to be as appealing as other designer brands such as louboutin Versace Aquazurra Fendi jimmy Choo and Manolo Blahnik not to forget Gucci

February is the coldest month in NYC but it’s manageable if you bundle up when it gets really cold.
