Hey great video but I have a question. I have a friend who puts both of his hands out on my shoulders on a press defense. I tried chopping his hands or swimming technique but every time I try to swoop his hands away, either his hands don’t get affected at all, or he puts his hands right back. I want to work on getting off the line from a press but not able to because of his tough pressing. How should I counter this?
Try using range, maybe a quick slide release where you get into space where he can’t get hands on you and then go. Gotta use range against a big physical guy
