people are linking to this as the fionna & cake theme, but it’s not. which is kinda wack because the part at 1:12 in particular is basically in the theme. in the credits the theme is attributed to Amanda Jones who doesn’t seem to have any affiliation with too many zooz so idk what’s up

Apparently people don't understand that the Fionna and Cake theme is it's own piece of music that is quite different from this. Yes, they are remarkably similar, but so are a lot of songs. You can very clearly tell they are two distinct pieces.
@@beenisweenisiii3825 They're distinct, but not so distinct. People have won lawsuits over smaller similarities than this, and this is quite similar. I hope they at least got a small payout since they didn't get proper credit.
I don't really hear the bit from the fionna and cake intro but it's clearly very similar, did they hire you to specifically make something in the same style?
at 1:12 its the almost the same from the opening from what i understand its a sample version and doubt there's going to be a F&C one

I can definitely hear the ancestry here for the F&C opening, but most people are looking for the direct audio track methinks. Myself included, or an extended version of the actual opening song.
first time hearing this band and their music. i was mesmerized while the intro of F&C was playing. The music sound otherwordly and chaotic

i knew too many zooz through the union square video at first (& i rewatched it TOO many times). watched fionna and cake and found how similar the intro was, and finding this cover sounds way more different than the performance from the union square video
People are here for fionna and cake and for those people, no this isnt a full track of the theme. The studio behind fionna and cake sampled reformated and remixed the audio that was clipped from this track.
However its cool to hear the raw sound
