Even if Soojin acctually bullied someone the allegations weren't so serious for someone to lose their career due to something they did as a child when they weren't mature enough. The allegations were that she called them names and talked behind their backs. The group members were promoting solo in their own home countries and now the full group is back again in Korea and might be preparing for their first group activity since Soojin departure. Soojin was a master performer and the main dancer of the group and kind of the like member who took care of everyone. She is the shyest memeber of group and didn't speak much.

Starting from the 90s styling, 90s MV camera angles, 90s clothes, 90s sound, the whole MV is a very well researched blast from the past. Soyeon wanted to do hip-hop from well before her debut, and as you noted in the title she is pretty credibly considered by many as the best female rapper in K-pop.
Soyeon is one of the only rappers in kpop who has this old school rapping style. It's because Soyeon participated in Unpretty Rapstar 3 competing with multiple other rappers who are full on hip hop.
I think it’s a disservice to Soyeon to suggest she only has this style because of Unpretty Rapstar. While she no doubt took inspiration for her experiences, Soyeon’s style was well into its development before she was on the show.

My bias is Soyeon, but I love all this girls. I am so sad Soojin isn't in the group anymore, it is so incredibly sad and sends a terrible message about people being allowed to grow up and mature when she lost her place in the group for alleged bullying when she was 12. Yes, bullying is horrible, but she was 12 yo child as well; and often times hurt people hurt other people, if she was bullying people now, go ahead, but this could have been a great moment to show how she has grown and explain what was it that made her act how she did, if she even actually did that stuff... imagine she didn't even do shit?
Yeah I have always disliked bullies but she should have been given a chance to defend herself, there are grown ppl who are given a chance to defend themselves for situations much worse than that

Cube kicked Soojin out of (G)-idle because of bullying rumors that were clearly fake, even the "victim" said she didn't actually bully her but still Cube kicked her out like cube wouldn't have cared anyway it's almost like cube planned kicking Soojin out already in the beginning of her hiatus. Cube is one of the worst companies, they even did (G)-idles senior group CLC dirty. Cube didn't give them proper comebacks, no light stick's, but I still recommend to check CLC's songs! Soojin was accused of school bullying. She denied it but Cube ent. decided to kick her out. It’s such a shame, she really was one of the popular one in the group and I really like her. I mean… it was in the past, everybody made mistakes as a kid. Nobody knows the truth, it’s a real mess…but that cube decided to kick her out, before we knew who’s lying, was a huge mistake of them. I am new to your channel and try to watch in order for the group, yes Soojin is out of the group but she is currently still in a lawsuit supported by the company, hence although she is not part of the group she is still within the company and being supported by her, whether if we win the case or not is still unsure whether we can actually get her back to the group or not, a lot just talk about the company without really checking how it works so it do be best to try and dig through abit more to see more context. lovely reaction Soyeon and the girls are just so damn good!

Soyeon definitely took inspiration for her rap flow and inflections from the queen CL of the legendary second generation girl group 2NE1. 2NE1 were the first girl group to come out with the girl crush/bad ass/hip hop concept. All of todays girl group idols that incorporate this concept have been inspired by 2NE1, especially from CL. Even Blackpink who were called 2NE1 2.0 by the same label's then CEO. You should react to their songs including their debut song Fire, I Am The Best, Crush and Come Back Home. Sadly they were disbanded in 2016 but their music is still relevant today. As for CL, she is still going strong and released her debut album a few months ago. React to her songs The Baddest Female, MTBD, Hello Bitches, Lifted, HWA, Spicy, Lover Like Me, Let It.

I'm sure a few people have explained Soojin's situation but this is my girl so I'm gonna comment about it anyway. In 2021, a lot of idols got accused of bullying (most of those scandals were quickly dismissed/proven false) but Soon got the worst of it. She was the only idol I've seen who actually provided proof herself that she was innocent because Cube (her company) is useless. But k-netz are ruthless and they harassed her endlessly, now in 2022 they are finally acknowledging her innocence once it's too late. But basically, the scandal blew up and although cube said they would take the accuser to court, it never happened and they just kicked Soojin out. We haven't heard from her since all we know is that she's still labelled as an artist under their company.
I think I need to sub, (G)I-dle and Monsta X are my ult groups! I agree they have like the best rappers, they always amaze me and are also very involved in producing! But watching (G)I-dle content has been hard for me lately, I miss Soojin a lot and it just feels so unfair how things went down... From living conditions, mental and physical abuse, not paying their artists anything for as much as a decade… in one of the many lawsuits against them, the artist alleged that he was beaten by their choreographer with a metal chair.

Cube kicked Soojin out of (G)-idle because of bullying rumors that were clearly fake, even the "victim" said she didn't actually bully her but still Cube kicked her out like cube wouldn't have cared anyway it's almost like cube planned kicking Soojin out already in the beginning of her hiatus. Cube is one of the worst companies, they even did (G)-idles senior group CLC dirty. Cube didn't give them proper comebacks, no light stick's, but I still recommend to check CLC's songs! Their really good! I will also think that Soojin is still in the group gidle is not gidle without her, I support the other girls still

Soojin was accused of school bullying. She denied it but Cube ent. decided to kick her out. It’s such a shame, she really was one of the popular one in the group and I really like her. I mean… it was in the past, everybody made mistakes as a kid. Nobody knows the truth, it’s a real mess…but that cube decided to kick her out, before we knew who’s lying, was a huge mistake of them. Cube were always shitty, since they kicked HyunA out, just because she was dating behind their back. We really miss her💔

the reason why soojin isnt apart of gidle anymore is because seo shin ae accused her of bullying when soojin didnt, so cube entertainment didnt try to protect soojin from that lie, and eventually forced her to leave gidle. soojin disappeared since, but shuhua is hinting out clues on her insta bc soojin is her best friend. but yeah seo shin ae basically destroyed soojins entire career. she even admitted that she didnt know if it was soojin or not

I am new to your channel and try to watch in order for the group, yes Soojin is out of the group but she is currently still in a lawsuit supported by the company, hence although she is not part of the group she is still within the company and being supported by her, whether if we win the case or not is still unsure whether we can actually get her back to the group or not, a lot just talk about the company without really checking how it works so it do be best to try and dig through abit more to see more context. lovely reaction Soyeon and the girls are just so damn good!

Soyeon definitely took inspiration for her rap flow and inflections from the queen CL of the legendary second generation girl group 2NE1.
2NE1 were the first girl group to come out with the girl crush/bad ass/hip hop concept. All of todays girl group idols that incorporate this concept have been inspired by 2NE1, especially from CL. Even Blackpink who were called 2NE1 2.0 by the same label's then CEO.
You should react to their songs including their debut song Fire, I Am The Best, Crush and Come Back Home. Sadly they were disbanded in 2016 but their music is still relevant today. As for CL, she is still going strong and released her debut album a few months ago. React to her songs The Baddest Female, MTBD, Hello Bitches, Lifted, HWA, Spicy, Lover Like Me, Let It.

I'm sure a few people have explained Soojin's situation but this is my girl so I'm gonna comment about it anyway.
In 2021, a lot of idols got accused of bullying (most of those scandals were quickly dismissed/proven false) but Soon got the worst of it. She was the only idol I've seen who actually provided proof herself that she was innocent because Cube (her company) is useless. But k-netz are ruthless and they harassed her endlessly, now in 2022 they are finally acknowledging her innocence once it's too late.
But basically, the scandal blew up and although cube said they would take the accuser to court, it never happened and they just kicked Soojin out. We haven't heard from her since all we know is that she's still labelled as an artist under their company.
Wow I hope they bring her back or she can be a soloist! If she wants to be!

Yuqi is actually my bias 😁 her name is pronounced "Ouki" in Korean but I prefer calling her "Yushi" as for the Chinese one she has a very deep voice really you gotta check her songs such as "Bonnie and Clyde" and "Giant" and her covers of"Shallow" and "Rise up"
She's also a close friend with Yanan from Pentagon Jackson from GOT7 and Lucas from WayV as their always meeting in the Chinese show Keep Running 💁🏻♀️

@@RottenMangosBiss Cube certainly are pretty bad at managing their artists but they’re nowhere near the worst. Read up on TS Entertainment for example; it’s chilling. From living conditions, mental and physical abuse, not paying their artists anything for as much as a decade… in one of the many lawsuits against them, the artist alleged that he was beaten by their choreographer with a metal chair.
Soojin gives everyone problems. Yuqi's voice is phenomenal.
