It is nice to have some calming music after crying, or even during crying. My guilt and anxiety get the best of me sometimes and it sucks because I feel like I'm never enough for anybody. I want to get help, I want someone to help me whether it's my friends or parents, but I feel like I'm burdening them with my problems when they already have theirs. Sometimes I just want to be gone already. I just want someone to be a friend and stick around.
I have anxiety too (and other diagnoses) and I feel that way sometimes too. It can be really hard to be vulnerable and open up for anyone, especially if you have a mental illness (IMO). All I can say is that just remember that it may not seem like it, but everyone needs to ask for help sometimes and everyone also hates doing that, I think that`s a big part of being human. But, sometimes you really should just let it go while you can, especially without a structured course to lead you on what to study. It may even be more unproductive to study now, because you'll study the wrong things. Enjoy your time when you have it!! Do something you've wanted to do before your break!!
After failing my first round of my Master's Thesis defense this morning, this playlist is balm to my disappointment and overwhelming exhaustion. Now to cry, and tomorrow begin preparing for my next attempt in April.
I want someone who won't ask questions when i feel down, they'll just hug me and comfort me. Even though i don't want to be in a relationship, i really just want that type of friend to lean my head on, or just cuddle to while i try to not cry but rest. This playlist is great!! I have finals next month and tests next week and I've been really stressed. I feel like I should be productive and using my time wisely even though I've been studying consistently since the start of the year, and have been revising for a month. Taking breaks and stuff like that always makes me feel guilty and I hate it, and I've been trying to work on that. This playlist id just what I needed :)
I have one month until I graduate and this period is really stressful and exhausting for me. As a perfectionist, I strive to be the best version of myself, and because of this, I tend to chase myself to death. I want to enjoy every tiny moment as this phase is unique and irreplaceable. It feels nice having this at the end of the day even two years later. A few hours ago i was crying over physics feeling like i wouldn't be able to make it to med school next year. I had dance lessons in between which cheered me up and this just feels peaceful right now. It feels like it'll be okay To anyone needing it because i know there is.
