    Once again a woman who did not understand the consequences of her cheating and only found out after she was caught and her husband gave the AP who was her boss a few blows and the latter begged him to stop.

    He was under control and had enough time to stand there and watch his 304 smash her AP yet never thought to at least take pix or video. That evidence would sure be nice to have when AP gets his legal team engaged. What a moron.

      It's kinda funny. I've been disabled for 25 years. My wife likes to spend time with our grandkids so sometimes I'll take her to my son and daughter in law's house, 40 miles away, to stay for a few days, (She doesn't drive due to seizures). I come back home where it's quiet and take care of my dogs and her cats. I love my grandkids but our youngest moved out 9 years ago and I can't take the racket for hours on end anymore. Anyway, when I'm laying in silence listening to these stories, I kind of get into them because of past trauma from my ex-wife. When the idiot husband fails to pull out his phone to take a picture of his cheating wife, I feel an urge well up inside to yell at my laptop, "TAKE A PICTURE, DUMBASS!!!"

    Even more disrespectful than cheating is having your spouse cheat with the person you like the least.

It’s one thing to deal with infidelity, but when it involves someone you already have strong negative feelings towards, it can feel like an extra layer of betrayal. Thank you for sharing your thoughts-it's important to talk about these painful experiences and find support in each other.”

    In real life, when a wife decide to cheat, it means theyre ready to leave you, and most hubby are caught off guard, making the hurt or anger over the roof. As all know, women easily cry especially when they hightened emotion, hell some easily cry to some simple things. When cheaters are caught, they cry because of the surprise and not because theyre sorry.😊😊😊

      I completely understand where you’re coming from. It can be incredibly shocking and painful when a relationship takes such a turn, especially when emotions run high. It’s true that people often react in ways that might not always reflect their true feelings, and sometimes tears can be more about the surprise of getting caught rather than genuine remorse. If you’ve been through something similar or have any thoughts on how to navigate these tough situations, I’d love to hear more about your perspective. 😊

      @@PodcastStories123 thanks bro, honestly it was more than 12 yrs ago. My daughter is already 16, and im sending money directly to her. Im mostly over it, and stayed single since then. I was just hooked by your stories and found it interesting, of course i have scars but it doesnt hurt anymore. As for now, my daughter is already 16 and im sending money to her directly, problem is ex just recently gave birth to a down syndrome baby and asking for financial help. I said no of course and blocked her number and im afraid they had ask my daughter for her allowance for help and my daughter though ask me for additional money said she was embarassed asking me for more. Ex did give me a passing remarks if i wanted my daughter with me( they are far away from me), as much as i wanted to, my daughter had good grades and i was reconsidering since she was familiar to the place she grew with since 3 1/2 years old. And note, she had an affair with a married man when i was working abroad. Her ap's wife called me and ask me if i know anything. Back then, i check her fb and found nothing, but you know how messages on fb sometimes goes to your email as notification, when i check her email messages, nothing much incriminating but they have this title of endearment they call each other. And of course her acknowledgement of the affair which i didnt manage to record. Anyways tnx for the acknowledgment

    Yet another "made up" story. Yes, I understand the basic premise of the story: Gorgeous wife, cheating over a 4 year period (that we didn't find out until her confession). But all that garbage about the husband dictating what she will get in their divorce is, as I stated, just garbage.
    That is NOT how divorce works. He cannot kick her out of the house. Nor can he dictate what she gets. The Courts/Law will decide that.
    As for Alienation of Affection. LOL. He obviously know nothing about the Law. So this means the story is just a venting story, heavy on emotion but light on facts. Please get new writers.

      Respectfully, I have to wonder why you read stories you criticise for being fake.

    • @larrynorton1894
      @larrynorton1894 5 месяцев назад

      Some states do have alienation of Affection laws. And enforce them if proof given. No locks can’t be changed legally as it’s her home too. Your right lawyers and judges decide who gets what. Restraining orders can force one or the other to leave the house if a good reason.
      Facts are this does happen and these stories can be a tool to help either man or woman get your life straightened out. Hopefully?

    • @jonrobles1468

      There's only a few states that have alienation of affection laws. And they are difficult to enforce. Depending on the state OP lives in, the WW may not be entitled to alimony.

    • @PodcastStories123
      @PodcastStories123  2 месяца назад +1

      Absolutely, legal matters like alienation of affection and property rights can be complex and emotional. It's crucial to consult with a knowledgeable lawyer who can provide guidance tailored to your situation. Restraining orders can indeed provide relief in certain circumstances. Remember, seeking clarity through legal channels can help resolve issues and pave the way forward.

      @@davidnash8208 LOL. Excellent comment. I wonder about that myself. It's because, once I start reading, I make myself finish the story. Only once I finish the whole thing can I be in a position to comment. Then, with my background in Law, Financial Planning, Trusts/Wills etc that I get sickened when I see that the entire story is simply "made up" and is so wrong in multiple areas, that I just have to comment. Or people will believe that the situation could actually happen. Cheers.
