Clermont will be the fastest growing area in Central Florida. The rolling hills make it seem like you’re not in Florida at all. I’m not a realtor but I think investing in the area will be worth it.
I agree. They are currently in phase 2 of their Downtown Waterfront “Master Plan” and I’m curious to see how it’ll look when the project is fully completed because it is already such a beautiful area.
We moved to Clermont in 2018. We had originally picked Groveland for the country and hills. But ended up in Clermont. We absolutely loved it. We ended up moving back North due to jobs and income. We are hoping to relocate back to Clermont in 2022 once our daughter graduates high school.
Congratulations to her!
I am scared its hairy out there I wanted to move to Florida 10yrs ago 😫 😩 😔 😭
God has his reasons I have my purpose 🙏 ♥ and I have to stay faithful that its going to work out
@@motherhalajdida we are still hoping to move to Florida but it won’t be for at least another year or more. We have to save some serious money to be able to go. We are keeping the dream alive though. Don’t give up you can make it happen hen the time is right.
@@melissalee333 why not move to california you hypocrite.
I am interested in Clermont for all the pros that you mentioned. Never been there, but it looks like a great place to call home.
Absolutely! Being a fan of enjoying nature I also really enjoy the area.
It is a beautiful City. I have been there hundreds of times and my son even moved there and we plan to retire there in a couple of years.
YEARS AGO !!!!! Clermont was just a lil dot (even a tiny speck) on the map but look at her NOW !!! She have exploded into something awesome now.....
I agree and with the Olympus & Wellness Way project underway I believe it will continue to improve. I will be releasing an update video on the area next month, so please stay tuned!
I’m building right now
@Ridgeview in Clermont and my 1850 sq ft home came to 500,000 with upgrades- no pool, so in a way we r paying just as much as the Winter Garden prices.
Clermont has changed since this video. Houses are over 300,000. So many people moved here from up north and the Midwest. Gorgeous town but getting to crowed. Grove land to me is swap land.
the traffic on 50 is bad and i dont see how it will get better, too many houses being built without a good connecting roads from turnpike to 27 and down 50 to groveland. i moved here in 2018 and its gotten 3x worse over the years. though clermont is still nice, just the road infrastructure needs serious overhaul and im not sure how they plan on doing that with the way they constructed new neighborhoods.
I completely agree it definitely is growing at a rapid place due to being such a great place to live and all of their plans for Wellness Way. The chairman of the Lake County Board of County Commissioners has said “We believe in making sure that the existing residents are not taking out debt or having to pay increased taxes for these roads, but we also have to consider that we’re behind on the roads, too.'' They’re working towards a solution which at the moment looks like trying to take it project by project, but when there are more updates I’ll be sure to touch on it in the Clermont update video.
Hey thanks for the information. We're moving from Michigan and this is one of the places we are looking at. Great video. Very helpful
Glad I could help!
I'm actually going on vacation to clermont next month and then me and my family are going to be moving there
Too much traffic, one of the highest counties for traffic fatalities, way too many people it’s awful , choose somewhere else. There literally are car/pedestrian fatalities daily. Way too many people, hwy 50 is a like a parking lot. I can’t wait to get tf out of here.
Good info! Thinking about Clermont when moving up there this year. Peace and quieter for me. NOTE: your camera man needs some work and a tripod. Good job, would've liked to see more around town. Maybe next time. Thanks for the vid.
Love Clermont! Would love to live there..... tired of Miami 🥱
We used to live there for 26 yrs paramedic then RN great place but we love East Tennessee sister live across from citrus tower 😀😀
Moved here from PR in 2003. Loved the place but it’s getting to crowded, tomuch traffic and things are happening that didn’t happened before. It’s changing to fast. For me looks that’s very sad.
I see you are new to this and trying hard but you are getting there. Eli. I will give you thumbs up for being such a young kind guy. We are moving to Clermont in the next three weeks. Hope to run into you. Good luck with your channel.
Thanks Eli
Great video, Eli! Love Clermont
Glad you liked it!
Thank you
Nice work dude!
Just retired from the New New City Police Department in July. Now I live in Groveland right next door to Clermont. Clermont is a nice city. My Wife & I spend more time in Clermont than anywhere else. Good stuff brother
Congratulations on retirement and thank you🙏🏽
@@EPaige yes sir brother. I actually live in Trilogy of Orlando which is in Groveland. Btw. New subscriber here.
I will be retiring in July and looking at Clermont, windermere area. how are schools in clermont?
Not so much hiking around Clermont area. There are cycling trails, but not much actual wooded trails. A few, Lake Hiawatha Preserve and Ferndale is pretty close.
I'm only Moving There For 1 Year. Is it worth it Because I have a feeling that I have to Start Looking
To Move Back To South Carolina in the 6 months out of 12
I would love to chat 1 on 1 about this. I believe it varies on a case by case basis for some people it’s better to rent for the year and others it’s better to buy. It comes down to your personal goals, budget, etc. Feel free to reach out to me at 860-597-7019.
@@EPaige I will do That
Thank you very much for this video! Moving out to Florida in March to intern at Disneyworld🤗
Congrats!! I’m sure it will be a great experience.
Nice Video. Thank you. I live in Nevada and considering locating to central Florida. Nevada summer temperatures can be as high as 115 degrees but dry and almost no humidity. Do you think 95 degrees with high humidity in Florida would feel somewhat the same as Nevada and tolerable? I enjoy heat more than cold weather, so 100-115 degrees in Nevada for a few months isn't that bad for me. By the way, you didn't seem hot for it being August, you seemed quite comfortable actually. What was the temperature and humidity when you made this video, do you remember? Thank you for your time.
Thank you Ben! I’ve never personally been in temperatures that high so I can’t directly compare them, however on the weather app with humidity it normally says what the temperature feels like due to humidity. Normally that’s 5-10 degrees hotter than it is. An example would be right now in the morning it is 75 degrees and they say it feels like 79 degrees due to humidity. In terms of the summer I normally still enjoy going outside in the high heats, but some people try and stay inside more during the summer so it comes down to personal tolerance. In regards to what the temperature was during the video I am sorry, but I do not recall.
I'm moving to clermont
I live in Orlando Fl. what you are not showing is all the traffic.
It seems like a good community
Monte verde is actually not south of clermont , it's damn near the same place , it's technically north east but yet , literally in same place , just a tiny part of clermont/oakland/winter garden
Thanks for the correction
👋 👋 👋 👋 we are looking about the same area

Do you have any small farms with your classic white farm house for sale? Maybe 2/2, open plan, 2 acres maybe. Definitely countryside area. ????? I am searching for one.
Bud can you tell me if Maronda homes builders are a good quality builder that is recognized ,a good reputation????

Thanks for the video, my husband is about to retire from his NYC Transit job and Clermont is on our list
Definitely a great option.

Hi #Eli,
What would you say is the next best city closest to Clermont? Thank you 😊
Personally I would say Winter Garden is another great area.

Eli,
What is the average price for a house in Clermont? Thank you 😊
You're so young! Remind me of my eldest son 🤗
Currently according to realtor.com it’s estimated to be about $410,000 and thank you!
@Eli Paige
Thank you, Eli!!! I will keep you in mind when I'm ready to make the move. I appreciate you 🤗
i hate the recent traffic, people here are snobby, whatever woods you thought were here were torn and is now looking more like a ghetto,
Yeah to many people here now. All you hear is how bad the traffic is. How expensive stuff has gotten. Do yourself a favor pick some place else.
Crime is low it's great
Yeah until I move back
Flash floods in there?????
No
What about Racism? Are there other ethnicities living there?
Ethnicities other than what?
Developers are destroying this area.
how about the diversity?
Diversity of what?
De Meia dúzias não entendi uma dúzia :
Porém não estou intimidado !
I don't like clearamont, Haines City Is better. Just don't move here we have too many people
Con: way too many Trump supporters.
Pro: not as many as in The Villages!
Advice: stay where you are, specially if you live in a blue state. If you live in a red state, you won’t be seeing much change!
You’re very ignorant
@@jaidynp7368 no, in fact, I’m very knowledgeable about those settlements, their inhabitants, and their social and political culture. I live in Clermont and have hundreds of clients who live in that shithole called the Villages. Unfortunately, I travel there multiple times a week.
I don’t eat, sleep nor live with Trump I love Clermont! I don’t base my life around Trump, people are to obsess with this man! I live where I enjoy and feel the love. I live where I don’t have to watch people running out of targets with stolen goods and people standing their filming it with their cell phones, or someone snatching my purse while onlookers filming it and posting on social media! Clermont is a beautiful 😻 town. Born and raise in a big city (the hood the blue state)this place is a breath of fresh air!
For that reason, I will MOVE there. I love Donald J Trump! Thanks for the tip!
@@donakin8562, anytime bud! You’ll feel right at home surrounded by a sad bunch of racist losers!
