  • This week, we’re exploring how underneath the surface of our emotions, behaviours and reactions, there’s often a deeper experience that’s happening; and in that deeper place, there’s often great insight. In the session, you’ll see me using a specific therapeutic intervention that helps get in touch with that inner place.
Alex Howard is a London-based Therapeutic Coach dedicated to helping break the stigma around mental health and helping people make real, positive changes in their lives. Alex is also the creator of Therapeutic Coaching and founder of The Optimum Health Clinic and Conscious Life.

There is enormous wisdom in your unconscious....
So, It's more about surrendering rather than trying to fix our issues through thought and analysis.

These sessions really help me to see how I can apply the exercises to my situation. I have done the Reset Program and I am learning more about how to apply it. Thank you.

@@emmaharris1803 Yes! Same here! While it was different I too experienced parentification amongst other things so I really resonate with some of things she expresses. I also love how emotionally courageous she is♥️

This woman is very sweet and reasonable. I get a bit annoyed when people say I am sweet, especially when men say it. But I guess it’s a good description…….for a generally mild mannered, fairly agreeable person…..

I could really see how Beverly has really worked to understand and connect with her true self. And. It is has encouraged me to get back to working with the heart program. When their is so much unrest in the world , we can empathise donate time or donation. But also add them to our healing list . And be grateful for what we have no so much positions but support from friends family communaty and ultermetly the person with in .

Thank you so much for a wonderful session! I've seen a few of Alex's sessions before, and I'm in the process of doing Alex's RESET program (which I am healing a ton as a result), but with this session when I watched it the first time I found myself doing the work and describing my feelings inside along with Beverly. I was surprised at the sensations and emotions that came up. I will no doubt come back to this session and use it to communicate with this part of me. Thank you Alex (and Bev) for making our healing journey much more accessible.

Mr Howard, this is divine and inspired. It’s a joy to watch you at work. I had reservations, thinking there was an exaggerated confidence about you but I was wrong. I was in therapy for two years but it never was clear what I was doing but it’s now making sense. This is important work.

I completely understand the feeling of being on your own. My father died and I wasn’t told anything until the afternoon after he died!!! My father had heart failure and had a serious car accident which left both my parents in hospital (my mum for over three months). I was told nothing!! This was because of my evil sister. The family all closed ranks and I was left on my own to deal with the grief etc etc. She even tried to ban me from the funeral AND even tried to get the funeral for the same day as my wedding!!! Hardly anyone spoke to me at the funeral (or my daughter who was only 8 and it was her first funeral!!). I’m now no con with all my family. All my dad’s stuff was disposed of without my knowledge as well.

Ooh, being really scared about really wanting something but not being able to have it. That resonates, big time!

I was a bit lost on this one - Beverly felt this underlying anger like a poison under her sadness - I get that, but how does that mean that this poison has been helping take care of Beverly and helping her achieve what she wants?
