By far, this is one of the most well done and beautiful renovation of an old house with a very zen garden. Love everything about it! I noticed that a lot of your videos just stop in the middle of renovation or toward the end. My advice for you is to finish filming to the very end of the project. We would like to see the end results of these renovation projects.

i still do not understand why the ccp is producing this propaganda. and to all posting "great work" show these videos to professionals and get there educated opinions of the quality of workmanship produced in these videos. holly wood sets and magazine layout dressed look great in the environment there created for just as the "renovations" are but shocking engineered and structurally poor design . while there is nothing wrong with using ainchient building materials methods have progressed and we know better these days.
Would be a great ending, if ccp orallowed destitute families to live here. I'm sure there are millions of Chinese people who would help renovate these projects that are all over the internet, for just the chance to better their lives. Still scratching my head over all the concrete they pour right on dirt! And, who gets to live here, is it ever finished? Or is this a "model" home? Just sad.
I thought the 'common' Chinese citizen isn't allowed to own personal property. So who gets to move into these grand houses? I'm not talking about the hovels that are made livable, but estates such as we see here.
Why is so much time spent on landscaping before the home is finished. I have watched so many and at first I was amazed at what you're all doing but the more I watch the more I think this is an actual TV show like what we have with renovations and home helps and garden shows. I have seen 1 clip on 4 separate channels. One shows the start two show the middle bit and the last one shows the entire show. I know it's not my country but England has very very strict building regulations regardless if you live in the country or city or town. The way that some of these renovators just pop into the local forests and take what ever they need makes this rather unbelievable
