Changed batteries, did the pairing and it worked but after testing it the red light comes on and then does none of the options like it unpaired… what do I do?
Mine won't turn green either, and it's straight out of the box.. and I've changed the batteries. My recommendation is to buy a better collar. I've had several colors over the years, this one is cheap.. you definitely get the crappy pay for. Spend the money, invest in a quality one.
