Thanks for the comments:) Unfortunately the music is not currently published since the show is on opening on Broadway this spring. I was able to use a small 'cut' from the show for educational purposes in my 'Audition Skills' class.
Actually there is only (1) melodic moment where it's similar, and last only seconds so therefore it's not copyrighted because you can't copyright motives. The remainder of the songs are nothing alike one is in a major key, the other minor. But I do see the similarity you reference at the top of the refrain.
