You don’t understand Guardianship. The Guardian has to request the Court’s permission for everything, I. e. selling property, expending funds. The Guardian has to provide an accounting of all financial transactions. If there is any mismanagement the Guardian can be prosecuted and will be! I’ve been a certified guardian for over 25 years.
