How is someone, no matter age commits murder and is out a year later? Are you serious? What is our judicial system turned into? No wonder we have so many crimes in our country
This is what happens when you give powerful positions to weak-on-crime democrats. They have always been like this. Their empathy is so toxic for criminals that they always treat them as the victims. Same thing is happening with the border. They think they are saving all these illegals, but in the end, the American citizens are the ones who suffer more or even get killed.
You have to wonder how many repeat criminals there are.

It is innocent until proven guilty in the real world.
If juvenile criminals commit more crimes while on probation, pretrial or parole, the law should arrest the parents until the trial is over.
You do know not everybody has parents or there parents are just bad themselves or probably already kick them out.

I dont get why so many teachers want to sleep with students. Perhaps because they are young. They threw the book at him but I have seen many female teachers with a much lower charge and penalty and some are never even charged. Even if the student is a willing participant its still illegal unless they are over the age of sexual consent in your state. Usually 16 to 18 for most states. Thats so sad about the hit and run where the person died and they have no suspects. 🙏
