      This is what happens when you give powerful positions to weak-on-crime democrats. They have always been like this. Their empathy is so toxic for criminals that they always treat them as the victims. Same thing is happening with the border. They think they are saving all these illegals, but in the end, the American citizens are the ones who suffer more or even get killed.

      There basically is. Its the responsibility of the DA to advocate for dangerous people and career criminals to remain in jail pending trial.
      You can thank George Soros funded, criminal advocate, non-prosecuting prosecutors and the dimwits who vote for them for all this.

    This is what pisses me off so so much. You have people that have regular lame weed misdemeanor charges or there first or second charge & it ain’t violent or may be just a vop, but yet you have these idiots that get an opportunity to get bond & they go out and commit more crimes. Yet you have females & males that beg for a second chance or bond for a misdemeanor paraphernalia charge etc type cases & yet they don’t get bonds. But yet you have robbers or abusers. I don’t get why judges act like this etc. it’s not right. Clearly when this happened it needs to be the judges fault for sure.

    I dont get why so many teachers want to sleep with students. Perhaps because they are young. They threw the book at him but I have seen many female teachers with a much lower charge and penalty and some are never even charged. Even if the student is a willing participant its still illegal unless they are over the age of sexual consent in your state. Usually 16 to 18 for most states. Thats so sad about the hit and run where the person died and they have no suspects. 🙏

    Of course, what do judges think, that because they are released on bond they'll be good citizens all of a sudden. We need a law that if judges let people out and any crimes the person on bond commits the judges get prison time for accessory to the crime. No different if I would let someone out of my car to a bank and guy robs bank, I'm an accessory whether or not I knew he would rob the bank,
