Prices must of come down in Nha Trang since my Asia tour in 2013. $50 is very reasonable for what I see in your video. How sad to see the nonexistent economy and impact that the RONA has left in these tourist hot spot.

It's a good thing you left Venice. Check out German in Venice regarding the homeless flooded Venice last year. But I can they kinda cleaned up the boardwalk a bit.

Don't underestimate how much we value your candid, honest and blunt reviews. These are very helpful. I could have used reviews like this when I went to Hanoi in 2019.
Such a wank. Iv stayed here and loved it, balcony whinge what was that about for 10 minutes ! Half the time the balcony is unusable because of the wind and who spends all there time in the hotel anyway.
The Buffet breakfast is amazing and complementary as well as after tea, the area is fantastic packed with Western and Vietnamese restaurants and bars. Da Nang is quiet a bit better than Nha Trang simply because of its closeness to Hoi An and to Hue ancient capitol and if you push back from the beach not as touristy.

I stayed at fivitel. It was really cheap for the price. No balcony it was in town across the bridge. I liked it allot. I could see the dragon bridge from my bed. They should have the dragon breathing fire tonight. It's a must do.

Now that you’re in DaNang pay a visit to the Cham Museum (although it’s tripled in size from ‘68/‘69 time frame when it was used as an emergency medical station for ARVN troops) which tells the history of the area while under Cham rule
And nearby dragon bridge used to have a “fire breathing” show on the weekends - hopefully still available
And don’t forget that recommended coconut coffee when ya visit Hoi Ahn
And on the way south to Hoi Ahn opposite the oceanside Casino are several chopper revetments and PSP decking still left from the war where we would fly down from Camp Evans for a beach BBQ and Bom d Bom 33
I stayed at Grand Tourane Hotel and it was very nice. Maybe you can check it out
