Hello- I just checked. It should not be installed below 50 degree weather unless you are heating up the surface. There is no minimum holding temperature. The maximum holding temperature is 300degrees.
Essentially you will use a spacer cable from the main line, similar to how you would use a zip cord on temporary lighting. If you have an outlet near the dormer, you could also install a separate controller. Great question, we will work on getting a video tutorial made.
Do you have to become a certified installer for these? Like do they have a course or anything? These have been informative videos but I’m curious on more difficult installs for example multi levels. My area is a lot more jumps on homes so can these even handle those types of runs, like cutting short and starting again.
Do you have a video on doing jumps?
Awesome job, Tyler! Really dig the boxes you developed for the control and power. Kudos!
Thank you!
Attaching to gutter is terrible because what if they replaced gutters one day ? What about soffits?
How does minleon compare to trimlights
What’s the quality. How many months or years before you start to run into issues?
How would the lights do in 10 degree weather??
Nice! I need to get into this space, great example love minleon!
Go for it!
Which control box did you use? Does it negate the need for power supplies?
Hey where can I get the tracks and lights that you are installing
How will this effect house washing?
Looks great!… I’m looking at getting into this product up in Canada, my only worry will the tape that hold the track tough the Canadian cold weather?
