Both have 100% accuracy, but Kar has better sights, both insane damage, Springfield fires quicker

What's the thought process behind using msr instead of other snipers like M40?
Well I haven't used M40 since like I began making War Tycoon videos and I switched cause msr doesn't sway. Not sure if that still the case now tho
but m40 has more damage than msr, also whats sway?
