If you used tungsten, you could get it up to about 15kg/33lbs for something roughly the size of a mop handle. Not objectively heavy, but certainly a lot more than someone would expect a mop to weigh! I think that would be hilarious. Even a steel pipe filled with lead would be pretty heavy (and a fraction of the cost of tungsten).

Typically people that work out is for bulk but don’t worry about resistance training. They will bench 225lbs for 3-5 times but won’t bench 175lbs 10-20 times. That where you build true strength.
Well, if your goal is hypertrophy, you want few reps at maximum load. Over 10 reps if you wanna get shredded. Many people do cycles, 1st for hypertrophy and then for definition.
