While we moan about the lack of resources in the mental health sector of the NHS, isn't it sometimes easier to find other resources?
There is limited help available, but there is help, sometimes that means finding a 'tribe' that can give you a boost instead, find people who have experienced what you have, learn from them, and speak up.
For you to take that first step, you must move a foot forward when your mental health starts to slip, only you can do that!
