Looks like all the leaks were correct. I'm really excited for mixtape and I hope that they bring over a lot more from Apex mobile like TDM. I honestly think this will probably be the best season Apex has had in such a long time. The only thing I'm not keen on is them adding bots in the game. I just hope that it's only if you're below a certain level cause I don't want them counting towards my badges and they are dumb as rocks in mobile lol.
Really appreciate the Dev Diary!! This makes me feel like Respawn is actually giving this game the attention it deserves and I personally am going to be a lot more forgiving if things go wrong IF they actually keep up the community interaction like this video. Bungie still does this regularly for their major expansions and it's great, so I would greatly appreciate this becoming a regular thing. The truth is the introduction of 120 FPS would make the .6 in assist on console ‘too strong’ in comparison to PC… Thus they would have to nerf the aim assist if they give us 120 FPS, which would make little Timmy on his PS4 suffer. Since newer noobs are the ones most likely to spend and give profits to the game as opposed to sweats that have already spent on what they like. It’s sad but it’s the truth if you can’t see it you’re profoundly dumb or overly manipulated

@@caloller1375 People who actually grind arenas complain all the time. Arenas is plagued by cheaters, and pretty much dead. Every time i hop in arenas I get a bunch of level 30-40s on my team, and I’m level 770. Matchmaking is broken per usual. It’s just a shit game mode overall tbh.

It’s safe to say the current season really didn’t live up to expectations. But Revelry looks promising! I’m so glad to see them improving the core game and adding quality of life features instead of just trying to sell as many cosmetics and legends as possible. Super excited for the legend updates and Mixtape modes!
You can clearly see that the current season had no expectations, incredibly long 1st split and no new ltms, clearly a smart move to focus on the next since in winter people tend to play less since there are festivities and games like cod release around that time
I’m still patiently waiting for gyro aiming (outside of Switch) & flick stick support. But outside of that, there seem to be a lot of changes this season despite the lack of a new character.

This should be on the apex legends channel! The bots idea for new players is a great addition because apex players got better over the years and so newplayers get frustrated. I'm mostly excited about the mixedtape. It's cool to shuffle game modes that I don't often play and not just play normal squad br.
We FINALLY got some Dev feedback, when things were looking it's darkest for this game, and for the first time since Season 3, there actually seems to be hope at the end of the tunnel. Hopefully Respawn sees this as an opportunity to prolong the life of it's game, and the interest of it's playerbase. Please keep doing this.

TDM is a step in the right direction. Gives the players some fresh air from playing BR all the time. However removing arenas was not a great idea a step backwards if I was honest however with enough dedication EA and respawn. You can Bring this game back to life. ❤️
